Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Fleet/Logistics Coordinator to assist with operations schedules, plan resources, and monitor daily transport activities for the company’s fleet.

You will help maintain schedules, coordinate tasks, and ensure efficiency and safety across all logistics operations. The role includes recruitment support, staff training, attendance reporting and target tracking.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate or willingness to complete the course.
• Physically fit and able to work in a busy logistics environment.
• Flexible with a 6.6 day workweek and weekend duties.
• Professional, reliable and able to report on attendance and targets.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise and monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and allocate resources and equipment.
• Identify efficiency improvements and solve problems.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts and emergencies.
• Report attendance and track target achievement.
• Recruitment, selection and staff training.
• Perform other duties as instructed.

Requirements

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, those without certificate must be prepared to go for course
• Polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).
• Physically fit.
• Monday to Saturday ; 6.6 day week ;
