Job summary

Nexus Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Fleet/Logistics Coordinator to assist with planning and overseeing day-to-day operations. The role requires coordinating schedules, resources and equipment, and addressing issues as they arise to maintain smooth logistics flows.

You will be involved in training staff, recruitment support and reporting performance metrics, while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge or willingness to complete course.
• Dress code: polo T-shirt, black long pants, black closed shoes (no logos).
• Must be physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise and monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements; solve problems.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts or emergencies.
• Report attendance and track targets achieved.
• Recruitment, selection and staff training responsibilities.
• Other duties as instructed.

Requirements

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, those without certificate must be prepared to go for course
• Polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).
• Physically fit.

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday ; 6.6 day week ;
