Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Administration professional in Singapore to handle order processing, logistics coordination, and warehouse support. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

You will work with Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate order entry, timely deliveries, and proper documentation. A proactive team player with good communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, customer service, or warehouse administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good understanding of order processing, inventory control, and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer sales orders into ERP accurately.
• Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales on order status, delivery schedules, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with transport providers and warehouse staff to ensure timeliness.
• Monitor shipment status and inform customers and Sales team.
• Maintain filing of shipping, sales, and warehouse documents.
• Provide ad-hoc admin support as required.
