Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for warehouse cargo movement.
• Create and maintain reports and files for operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure cargo readiness for deliveries.
• Track and trace shipping details with forwarding agents.
• Ensure customer service quality meets standards; update shipment status.
• Handle ad-hoc and administrative duties as required.
