Job summary

D-Link International Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics & Sales Support Executive to streamline order processing, coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and administer sales activities. The role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to work with both local and overseas teams.

You will handle documentation, customer inquiries, and collaboration with the Sales team to ensure accurate pricing and stock availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, customer service, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with import/export shipping documentation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for large data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order process (PI, Pick Slip, DO, invoices, Form E and related docs).
• Coordinate local and overseas deliveries; monitor shipment status for on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and prepare logistics reports as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with teams to ensure stock availability.
• Prepare shipment documentation and management-approved credit-related documents.
