Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience using WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment processes, and warehouse operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process customer orders accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP system.
• Ensure all orders are processed in accordance with customer SOPs, order cut-off times, SLAs, and operational requirements.
• Monitor order statuses and proactively identify, escalate.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse operations teams, including inbound, outbound, and inventory functions, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Communicate special handling requirements, priority shipments, value-added services (VAS), and customer-specific instructions to the operations team.
• Liaise with transport providers and distribution teams to coordinate delivery schedules, manage delivery amendments, and resolve service issues.
• Support customer enquiries relating to inventory availability, stock discrepancies, shortages, overages, and ageing inventory.
• Verify, prepare, and maintain operational documentation, including DOs, packing lists, invoices, POD, and other shipping documents.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation activities and investigate stock discrepancies in collaboration with inventory and warehouse teams.
• Track daily operational performance against established KPIs and SLAs, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering order fulfilment, inventory status, exceptions, and service performance.
• Identify service gaps and operational issues, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with customer contracts, service agreements, SOPs, quality standards, and company policies.
• Support customer audits, operational reviews, business meetings, and site visits by preparing relevant reports and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure traceability, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, service quality, and productivity.
