QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Logistics Team Lead to supervise a team of Logistics Assistants and drive warehouse operations in Singapore. You will coordinate daily tasks, oversee KPI attainment, safety compliance, and service quality with customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing/logistics, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and hands-on WMS and SAP experience for efficient inventory and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years warehousing/logistics experience; 1–2 years supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and SAP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Logistics Assistants to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Drive the team to achieve KPIs and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs and WI.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and address issues per policy.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance efficiency.
• Manage ad-hoc logistics projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Plan and evaluate team performance, providing coaching to achieve results.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Communicate departmental updates and business objectives to the team.
• Oversee inventory management using WMS and SAP systems.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing with supporting documentation.
