Job summary
THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Executive in Singapore to oversee daily logistics activities, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.
The role supports production and internal teams to maintain adequate trailer availability and timely transportation. The position requires a Polytechnic Diploma with at least 2 years of manufacturing logistics experience, and proficiency in Excel and email for efficient operations.
Qualifications
- GCE O Level or Polytechnic Diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment to understand operational workflows.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics activities in ST1.
- Ensure smooth and timely flow of goods across the supply chain.
- Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport.
- Monitor overnight parking charges for the yard.
- Submit documents to Accounts Dept to bill customers for overnight parking.
- Monitor trailers/vehicles due for inspection.
- Monitor fleet GPS and keep master list updated.
- Collaborate with Production and internal coordinators to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory counts.
