Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. Logistics Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding) is based at Changi Logistics Centre, Loyang, Singapore.

You will coordinate shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors to ensure timely movement of goods. You will keep customers updated on progress, process shipments in the in-house system, and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations. You will also manage data entry of shipment details and reports to the Operations Manager;

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in Air & Sea freight.
• With team leading experience.
• Knowledge of Tradenet and Sysfreight is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.).
• Process and prepare shipments within the system and ensure declared permits comply with Singapore Customs regulations.
• Maintain familiarity with regulations for various Singapore Authorities (eg: SFA, NParks, HSA, NEA etc).
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system.
• Report to Operations Manager
