Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a Logistics/Transport Coordinator to oversee end-to-end shipments from pickup to delivery in East Singapore. The role involves planning freight, consolidating shipments and coordinating transport bookings.

You will monitor on-time delivery and address delays or cargo issues while liaising with 3PLs and internal teams. Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in logistics, solid Excel skills, and knowledge of freight and international trade.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business.
• 2–6 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably in transportation or distribution.
• Knowledge of freight, international trade and outbound logistics processes.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills; experience with TMS/QlikView is an advantage.
