Job summary

VINVALAX SOLUTIONS & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and foster a productive, achievement‑oriented work environment for staff.

You will ensure on‑time deliverables to customers and coordinate with the General Manager on operational matters. You will monitor costs, risk and audits, guide the operations team, educate on best practices, and develop guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Address operational issues from main contractor and customers promptly.
• Oversee operations team to ensure excellence and service quality.
• Educate team on best practices, policies and service standards.
• Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staff.
• Oversee costs, risk and audit activities.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training and performance reviews.
• Determine staffing requirements and schedules for projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized facility.
• Generate reports for management as needed.
• Coordinate with General Manager on issues and promotional activities.
• Arrange and complete deliverables during breakdowns or interruptions.

• Evaluateinspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices.
• Coordinatewith General Manager in different operational issues and promotionalactivities.
• Ableto arrange and complete the deliverables, in case of any vehicle breakdown orany interruptions in the operations.
• Evaluatecurrent operational strategies and recommend improvements.
• Generate operationalreports for management as needed.
