Qualifications

• Must have at least an O- or A-level or a Diploma in Logistics/Business.
• Working experience in similar job function and use of ERP software system advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform order processing for our sales team.
• Make system entries for sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and purchase orders/invoices.
• Ensure proper records and filing of sales, purchase, and logistics documents.
• Provide administrative support for general logistic operation.
