Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation of logistics teams.

• Manage P&L accountability for each customer and aim for cost efficiency.
• Drive customer service excellence and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and submit monthly KPI and performance reports.
• Strategize budgeting to meet revenue and cost targets.
