Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics activities in ST1 and ensure a smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment, experience in logistics or delivery coordination, and proficiency with Excel and standard computer tools. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, monitoring performance, and liaising with production teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level / Polytechnic Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment to understand operational workflows.
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics activities in ST1.
• Ensure smooth and timely flow of goods across the supply chain.
• Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport.
• Monitor the overnight parking charges for the yard.
• Submit trailer-related documents to Accounts for overnight parking billing.
• Monitor trailers/vehicles due for inspection.
• Track GPS of vehicles and trailers.
• Update master trailer list across yards daily.
• Collaborate with Production and internal coordinators to ensure smooth deliveries.
