Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Logistics Executive to oversee logistics coordination, warehouse operations, inventory movement, and transportation activities. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery.

The position requires a Diploma or relevant logistics certification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and process orientation.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities and local distribution, serving as the first level of escalation for operational issues to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
• Inventory & Quality: Maintain absolute inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock takes, and enforce strict 8S workplace organization and safety standards across the facility.
• RMA & Documentation: Manage the entire Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and prepare accurate documentation for export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Financial Administration: Process and verify all supplier payments accurately, ensuring invoices are settled in a timely manner per company policy.
• Compliance & QHSE: Ensure all logistics operations strictly adhere to company regulations and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) protocols. Conduct regular compliance checks, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Performance Management: Take full ownership of logistics KPIs. Monitor performance against targets, analyze operational data and activity indicators, and prepare detailed management reports with actionable insights.
• Ad-hoc Support: Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the reporting superior.
