Job summary

Haulio Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic professional to onboard customers and vendors, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to post-sale. You will nurture client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention while managing a robust sales pipeline and responding to inquiries with high-quality engagement.

In this role, you will coordinate trucking operations, balance cost and quality with hauliers, and contribute to strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, SCM, or related field.
• Experience in sales, operations, or customer service in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, collaborative team player.
• Availability for a 5.5-day work week.

• Undertake additional duties to support the company’s commercial and operational goals.
