Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software, and MS Office; import/export knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations in a cost-effective manner, in line with GDP guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs for customers.
• Uphold regulatory, contractual, and SOP compliance.
• Liaise with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies for compliance.
• Build and sustain relationships with management, teams, partners, customers, and authorities.
• Track KPIs including complaints, deviations, CAPAs, changes, and training needs.
• Oversee supplier contracts, SLAs, and Quality Agreements per global procedures.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Submit KPI reports to local management for reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting per global guidelines.

Salary Range: S$3,000 to S$4,000

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations in a cost-effective manner, in line with GDP guidelines
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs for customers
• Uphold operational compliance with regulatory, contractual, and SOP requirements
• Liaise with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance
• Build and sustain key relationships with management, teams, partners, customers, and government authorities
• Track performance indicators including complaints, deviations, CAPAs, changes, and training needs
• Oversee critical supplier contracts, SLAs, and Quality Agreements in line with global procedures
• Investigate and resolve operational anomalies and issues as they arise
• Compile and submit KPI reports to local management for monthly and quarterly reviews
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting in line with global guidelines and relevant regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of relevant operations experience preferred
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software, and Microsoft Office applications, along with knowledge of import/export procedures for air and sea freight and relevant compliance standards, is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
