Job summary

Bhavna Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan daily delivery routes, oversee order preparation and packing, and help with labelling and repacking tasks at Tuas South.

You will liaise with drivers, warehouse and 3PL teams, monitor picking, packing and invoice accuracy, and handle delivery issues, returns, and short/excess quantities. A diploma in logistics and 2-3 years of coordination experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years relevant logistics or warehouse (export) coordination experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must have experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Attention to details and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually at times.

Responsibilities

• Plan, sequence, and communicate daily delivery routes to drivers.
• Update route plans based on urgent orders or last-minute changes.
• Ensure special customer instructions and delivery limitations are highlighted.
• Guide the preparation team on next-day deliveries.
• Monitor picking, packing, labelling, and invoice accuracy.
• Ensure pallet and cargo optimization for load efficiency.
• Submit returned item documents to tally for receiving and verification.
• Address delivery failures and handle short/excess quantities, damage, or wrong delivery cases.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse, 3PL teams, and Sales for delivery updates.
• Verify goods received from 3PL warehouse match documentation.
