Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Operations Administrator in Singapore to support day-to-day ground operations, monitor delivery timelines, and coordinate routes, drivers, and deliveries. You will interact with customers and vendors to uphold service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics or freight transport, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication. A team-oriented mindset and reliability are essential for this busy, hands-on position.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Levels and above or Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding (i.e. ground & rail freight) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore.
• Fluent in communication.
• Team Player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.
• Be contactable & assist operations outside shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday.
• Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner.
• Be able to elevate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement.
• Assist Driver to move cages and Pallets to nearest loading area and ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift change.
• Ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.
• Any other related job duties as assigned by Superior.

YOUR ROLE

This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations. Monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.
