Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Operations Administrator in Singapore to support day-to-day ground operations, monitor deliveries, schedule routes, and assist drivers.

You will maintain delivery schedules, coordinate with customers and vendors, and generate routine reports from the Transport Management System.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics or ground freight, GCE O Levels or above, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Levels or above or minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding (i.e. ground & rail freight) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore.
• Fluent in communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.
• Be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and cover shift during offdays.
• Maintain high level of customer service and communicate with customers & vendors professionally.
• Resolve discrepancies with service levels when needed.
• Assist Driver in moving cages and pallets to loading areas and ensure tasks are performed.
• Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift change.
• Ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports.

YOUR ROLE

This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations. Monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.
• To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday.
• Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
• To be able to elevate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
• Assist Driver to move cages and Pallets to nearest loading area and ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change
• To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.
• Any other related job duties as assigned by Superior
