Job summary

Allied MFG Pte Ltd. is seeking a logistics and stores professional to manage the administration of incoming and outgoing goods, coordinate supplier schedules, and oversee inventory and transport vehicle maintenance to support production needs.

You will plan collections and deliveries, perform data entry into the inventory system, and ensure accurate documentation for shipments. The role requires at least 2 years in store management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Willingness to perform overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Administer all supplier incoming and outgoing goods to ensure timely fulfillment of production requirements.
• Plan and schedule supplier collection and delivery dates and times to optimize logistics flow.
• Data entry all incoming paper documents (GRN) into the inventory system accurately.
• Operate and maintain inventory system software for efficient stock control.
• Coordinate collection to meet delivery schedules.
• Arrange FedEx collections to ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Coordinate daily vendor and supplier collection and receiving activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage inbound and outbound overseas delivery coordination and related documentation.
• Issue store inventory items for production use to maintain production continuity.
• Perform packing and label printing for all products to meet shipping standards.
