Job summary

A leading Precision Engineering organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced store manager. You will be responsible for administering incoming and outgoing goods, managing supplier schedules, coordinating inventory software, and handling transportation logistics. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of store management experience and be skilled in Microsoft Office. The position demands an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and is willing to perform overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in store management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and responsive via email.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Ability to perform OT.

Responsibilities

• Administer all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Plan and schedule supplier collection and delivery.
• Manage inventory software and documentation.
• Coordinate vendor and supplier collection dates.
• Issue store inventory for production.
• Arrange Fedex collection.
• Co-ordinate Vendors & Suppliers collection and receiving dates. Daily activities.
• Administer all Inbound and Outbound (Overseas delivery, collection co‑ordination and documents.
• Issue Store Inventory Out for Production.
• Packing & Label Printing for all Products.
• Administer all Company Transport Vehicle inspection, repairs and maintenance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer all Supplier’s Incoming & Outgoing Goods. (Operation)
• Plan & Schedule all supplier’s collection & Delivery date and time.
• Administer all INCOMING paper documents. (GRN) to system.
• Handle System Software for Inventory and administer Store PC.
• Administer all Customers Consignment parts collection.
• Arrange Fedex collection.
• Co‑ordinate Vendors & Suppliers collection and receiving dates. Daily activities.
• Administer all Inbound and Outbound (Overseas delivery, collection co‑ordination and documents.
• Issue Store Inventory Out for Production.
