Job summary

ALLIED MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent logistics and store administrator to support production by managing incoming and outgoing goods, coordinating supplier schedules, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will operate inventory software, arrange FedEx collections, and ensure timely shipments while safeguarding production continuity. The role requires 2+ years in store management and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of store management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication for coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to perform overtime.

Responsibilities

• Administer all supplier incoming and outgoing goods to ensure timely fulfillment of production requirements
• Plan and schedule supplier collection and delivery dates and times to optimize logistics flow
• Enter and manage all incoming paper documents (GRN) into the inventory system accurately
• Operate and maintain inventory system software and store PC for efficient stock control
• Coordinate collection of customer consignment parts to meet delivery schedules
• Arrange FedEx collections to ensure timely shipment of goods
• Coordinate daily vendor and supplier collection and receiving activities to maintain smooth operations
• Manage inbound and outbound overseas delivery coordination and related documentation
• Issue store inventory items for production use to maintain production continuity
• Perform packing and label printing for all products to meet shipping standards
• Administer company transport vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle readiness
