Job summary

DSV Contract Logistics Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced warehousing and logistics coordinator to manage daily warehouse and transport operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate with customers and transporters, plan shipments, and maintain accurate documentation and inventory records. The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse operations (preferably semiconductor), proficiency with SAP WM, RF scanners, and strong Excel/BI dashboard skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or diploma holder.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management System and handling electronic devices such as RF scanners.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for dashboards.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Responsible for coordinating daily warehouse and transport operations, liaising with customers and transporters, planning shipment activities, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory administration, and supporting continuous process improvements to meet operational and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and comply to all related operating processes

• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/transporter on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer's shipment delivery/collection requirements

• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the reporting superior

• Perform cycle count administration

• Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner

• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely

• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation

• Report to the reporting superior on all receiving non-conformances if any

About you

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or diploma holder

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations/Semiconductor industry

• Good SAP Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners

• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)

• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively

• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers
