Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations professional to coordinate day-to-day logistics, manage data reports and ensure accurate shipment documentation. You will work with customers and transporters to meet delivery and collection requirements, perform cycle counts and support process improvements.

The candidate should have SAP WMS experience, strong Excel skills, and be able to leverage Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N’/’O’ Level or diploma holder.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations / Semiconductor industry.
• Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
• Able to adapt to fast-moving work environment.

Responsibilities

General Description (Job Scope)

• Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the reporting superior.
• Perform cycle count administration.
• Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Report to the reporting superior on all receiving non-conformances if any.

Skill Required

• Good SAP Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners etc
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)
• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively.
• Willing to voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
