Job summary

SIGMA CABLE COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Clerk to coordinate picking, delivery and receipt of goods, ensuring on-time delivery. You will maintain documentation, process SAP transactions and help with stock checks and reporting.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in logistics/warehousing, good communication, and proficiency in MS 365; SAP knowledge is a plus. Suitable for candidates in Singapore with a hands-on, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Levels with at least 2 years of logistics/warehousing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Meticulous and has good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to manage and make impromptu decisions in a fast-paced working environment.
• Proficiency in SAP will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage picking and delivery/collection of goods to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensure that documentation is complete for all transactions and filing of documents is timely.
• Receiving of finished goods, raw materials and Company’s miscellaneous purchases.
• Updating and processing of required transactions in SAP system.
• Collate and analyse data and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
• Collate and submit overtime, incentives for the team.
• Conduct stock check and bi-annual stock take.
• Manage the department’s drums, stationery, tools, diesel inventory, vehicles.
• Assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping of areas under the care of Store department.
