Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations & Documentation: verify receiving reports, stock cards, and tally sheets with high accuracy.
• Share inbound documents with customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate inbound summary reports in WMS to support inventory checks.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Order & Process Coordination: prepare and review picklists with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Validate inbound ASN creation in WMS to ensure data integrity.
• Systems & Inventory Management: perform Goods Receipt in SAP on time and accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory movements across SAP and WMS.
