Job summary

Maersk Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support order fulfillment, inventory and shipment related activities at the Jurong Island facility.

You will work closely with the operations team, provide timely information to customers, and generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers. You will verify invoices, monitor stock levels and ensure accurate system transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
• Familiar with WMS and SAP systems.
• Proficient with Power BI and advanced Excel features.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and operations on order fulfillment and shipments.
• Provide feedback to customers on operational issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers.
• Verify vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and raise purchase orders for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely system transactions.
• Maintain policy compliance and assist with additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
