Job summary

JORDON FOOD INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a delivery operations supervisor to lead daily delivery teams, optimize routes, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely deliveries.

You will supervise drivers, schedule routes, monitor KPIs, enforce safety standards, and handle escalations. A valid Class 3 license and at least 2 years of relevant logistics experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate delivery drivers and support staff to maintain high performance and service standards
• Assign and optimize delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and ensure punctual deliveries
• Monitor daily delivery activities, track key performance metrics, and resolve delivery or logistics issues promptly
• Enforce vehicle maintenance standards, workplace safety protocols, and compliance with local driving regulations
• Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and claims related to delayed or damaged orders with professionalism
• Communicate clearly with drivers and stakeholders to provide updates and instructions
• Make quick, effective decisions under pressure to manage delays or road incidents and minimize impact on delivery schedules
