Job summary

HKK INSTRUMENTATION TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics/Store Coordinator to handle receiving, inspection, put away, and pick-pack-ship operations. You will liaise with forwarders and ensure timely delivery to customers, while maintaining ERP-driven inventory accuracy.

You will drive continuous improvement in CS and supply chain, perform data analysis for stock replenishment, and generate KPI reports. A minimum ITE/ Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics or store operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, put away and pick-pack-ship goods.
• Liaise with logistics forwarders on customer receipts and deliveries.
• Maintain ERP-based inventory accuracy and documents; enforce inventory movement controls.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for performing receiving, incoming inspection, put away and pick pack ship.
2. To liaise with logistics forwarder /provider on receipt from customers and delivery to customer.
3. Maintain store inventory accuracy via accurate and on time ERP & documentation, strict adherence to inventory movement controls and procedures. Inventory items include Parts, Customer Supplied/ Return Parts and other collateral inventories.
4. Conduct essential activities to efficiently operate the store and logistics functions.
5. Responsible for optimal re-stocking of inventory, through data analysis and close engagement with the Sales and Customer Support teams.
6. To generate periodic reports store/warehouse KPI management and take ownership for the processes
7. Communicate process and follow up with internal departments on requests and unresolved issues
8. Responsible for continuous improvement and any projects/biz projects related to CS and Supply chain
9. To support any other related work assigned by management
