Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Material Management or Engineering.
• Knowledge of warehouse/logistics/manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned logistics area performance in safety, quality, cost, productivity, wastage and throughput.
• Monitor Logistics KPIs and support achievement of operational targets.
• Lead warehouse safety improvements and risk assessments.
• Analyze current warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Improve inventory transaction accuracy within ERP/WMS.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training for warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with other departments on material handling strategies.
• Participate in capacity planning and warehouse expansion projects.
• Perform root cause analysis to solve recurring issues.
