Job summary

REC Group is seeking a skilled Logistic Engineer in Singapore to plan, develop, and standardize warehouse logistics and material handling processes within the manufacturing plant. You will lead safety initiatives, optimize warehouse space, and drive data-driven performance improvements.

You will analyze processes, reduce inventory losses, and ensure SOPs are maintained and followed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and capacity planning will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, materials management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned logistics area performance in safety, quality, cost, productivity and throughput.
• Lead warehouse safety improvements and risk assessments.
• Analyze warehouse and material handling processes for inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Improve inventory transaction accuracy and reduce discrepancies in ERP/WMS.
• Develop, implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and work instructions across shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments on new materials or product introductions and capacity planning.
