Job summary

InternSG in Singapore seeks a Logistics Engineer to plan, develop, and standardize warehouse logistics and material handling within the REC manufacturing plant. Focus areas include safety, continuous improvement, and data-driven performance enhancements.

Responsibilities include owning logistics area performance, leading safety initiatives, analyzing processes, optimizing space, improving ERP/WMS accuracy, developing SOPs, and training staff while collaborating across departments on capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, material management or engineering is required or preferred.
• Good working knowledge of 5S and visual management; SOP/WI writing capability.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and RCA/TPM enhances performance.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Kanban is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned logistics area performance across safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
• Lead warehouse safety improvements and risk assessments.
• Analyze current processes and optimize space, inventory accuracy, and throughput.
• Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs; train supervisors and staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on material introductions and capacity planning.
• Utilize data analysis and problem solving to drive continuous improvement.
