Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in AMK is seeking a diligent data and logistics support staff to handle log extraction, data input, and periodic checks of management systems. You will prepare electronic products for investigations and coordinate with overseas partners as needed.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field, basic computer skills, and a valid Class 3/3A driving licence, with responsibilities including data uploads to multiple systems and inventory follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Extract logs from electronic products according to SOP.
• Prepare electronic products for hardware investigation using jigs and laptops according to SOP.
• Support investigation work.
• Input and upload data into the management system.
• Input and upload data into authorities' management systems.
• Conduct periodic checks on authorities' management systems and summarize the situation.
• Pack faulty goods when further investigation overseas is required.
• Collect faulty goods from Automobile Association-approved workshops and care centres.
• Conduct periodic inventory follow-up of collected faulty goods.
