Job summary

Coway Engineering & Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support delivery, material movement, and basic logistics activities to ensure smooth supply chain operations. You will handle inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and internal material transactions to meet production and customer delivery timelines.

The role requires a Secondary school qualification, basic Excel/ERP literacy, and a valid Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer literacy with Excel or ERP is a plus.
• Holding a valid Class 3 (Manual) driving license is needed.
• Must be fit and capable of material handling.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect goods from customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Receive and issue goods, verify quantities and packaging condition.
• Perform physical movement of materials and stock transactions as needed.
• Pack parts for shipment and ensure proper labeling per SOP.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist in stock takes and inventory counts.
