Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-focused candidate to support electronics investigations. You will extract logs from electronic products, prepare devices using jigs and laptops, and input data into the management systems according to SOP.

This on-site role in AMK involves assisting with investigation activities, data uploads to authorities' systems, and periodic inventory follow-up of collected faulty goods. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, located in AMK.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any related field.
• Class 3 or 3A driving licence is required.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Extract logs from electronic products according to SOP.
• Prepare electronic products for hardware investigation using jigs and laptop PCs according to SOP.
• Support investigation work.
• Input and upload data into the management system.
• Input and upload data into authorities' management systems.
• Conduct periodic checks on authorities' management systems and summarize the situation.
• Pack faulty goods when further investigation overseas is required.
• Collect faulty goods from Automobile Association-approved workshops and care centres.
• Conduct periodic inventory follow-up of collected faulty goods.
