• Process and coordinate daily job orders (FCL, LCL, last-mile, cross-border, oil samples)
• Liaise with operations team and drivers to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers
• Troubleshoot delays, urgent jobs, and operational issues
• Ensure all job details and documentation are accurate before execution
• Maintain records in Haulio, Excel, and internal tools
