• Import/Export documentation and preparations.
• Customer Service.

• Preparation of reports and data sorting.
• Coordinate with customers and the warehouse team to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on shipment status.
• Prepare and maintain delivery documents accurately.
• Work with the warehouse team to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate with customers and warehouse to resolve shipment-related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
