Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Officer to act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, coordinating daily inbound/outbound activities and inventory matters at Penjuru Lane. The role involves data entry in the WMS, order processing, and responding to inquiries to ensure smooth operations.

The position is permanent with standard hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am-12:30pm).

Qualifications

• Minimum 'N' level certificate.
• 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound and inventory matters
• Perform data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Handle order processing: receiving, put away, picking, packing, cancellations
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
