Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics/Supply Chain Assistant for a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role involves PO receipt validation, SAP processing, and managing order logs to ensure timely updates to customers.

Training is provided for candidates with lesser experience. The position is based at Lorong Chuan, working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:45pm, with a basic salary of SGD 2,000 to 2,600 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Good in Excel.
• Training provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on PO receipt, validation
• SAP SO and PO processing
• Order logs updating and management
• Sending of daily status reports to customers
• Creating Expedite tickets in supplier's portal
• Working on rescheduling reports from customers
• Respond to customers/supplier for basic requests
• Other duties as assigned.
