Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export operations and ensure accurate inventory records. You will collaborate with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to hit KPIs and support daily activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience in import/export and inventory management, with exposure to WMS systems. This role is based in Singapore and offers hands-on exposure in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• N/O Level, Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in Import & Export, Inventory management & WMS applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, and transfer activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Manage inventory accurately by maintaining proper records and processing all inventory transactions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs while undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to support daily operational activities.
• Provide support to other functions within the department and assist team members whenever required.
