Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Export Coordinator to operate at the customer's site, ensuring clear communication between client and service provider.

The role involves coordinating export pickup bookings, preparing documentation, pre-alerts to destination teams, and monitoring shipments to guarantee timely delivery while maintaining accuracy and filing records for audits. You will also liaise with the receiving team, perform data entry, and generate routine reports to track performance.

Responsibilities

• Stationed at the customer’s site to provide professional service and ensure effective communication between the customer and service provider.
• Coordinate and manage export shipment pickup bookings with internal teams.
• Prepare and ensure all required export documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide pre-alerts to destination teams for export shipments.
• Verify shipment details and ensure the correct goods are released to the transporter.
• Print, organize, and file shipping documents according to customer requirements.
• Monitor and track import shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Check shipment quantities and ensure there are no discrepancies in the number of packages received.
• Liaise with the customer’s receiving team to resolve shipment discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Perform data entry and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
