Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Clerk based in Jurong West to manage duties and documentation for shipments to various countries. Working days are Monday to Friday, 08:00am–05:00pm, at our Jurong West location.

You will prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents, and apply for FTA certificates and health certificates. A minimum of 1 year shipping/logistics experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant shipping/logistics experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents.
