Job summary

BDP International is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations within a Life Sciences and Healthcare environment. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing documentation, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

You will work closely with the Operations Team and Manager to meet customer expectations and uphold high standards of service, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education; Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Previous warehouse experience in Life Science and Healthcare is an advantage but not essential
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Good organizational and data-entry skills with attention to details
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in various shifts including weekends and public holidays, if required

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Execute and coordinate outbound orders via the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.
• Assist with physical warehouse operations when required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all HSSE procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
