Job summary

Illumina Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics/Order Processing Assistant to ensure orders are processed on time and shipping documents prepared for domestic and international shipments.

You will work with cross-functional teams, warehouse staff and stakeholders to resolve shipment issues, arrange collection, and maintain accuracy across SAP and MS Office tools. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this entry-level role.

Position Summary

Ensure orders are processed on time and customers’ logistics requirements are arranged. Furnish full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments. Work with all stakeholders to resolve all shipment issues till delivery.

All About You

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.
• Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
• Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
• Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.
• Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.

• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
