Position Summary

Ensure orders are processed on time and customers’ logistics requirements are arranged. Furnish a full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Warehouse staff to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
• Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries).
• Handle other ad‑hoc requests pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments, and domestic deliveries, including preparation of shipping documents.
• Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.
• Detail‑oriented team player.

• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
