Job summary

E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Support staff to handle import and export permit declarations, prepare simple logistics documents, and respond to emails and calls. You will liaise with customers and transporters to arrange local shipment delivery and coordinate with freight forwarders for air and sea bookings.

Training is provided; candidates with an O level or above and 1–2 years of relevant experience, or IT/ Diploma/ Degree in Logistics with no experience, are

• ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain with NO Experience is welcome to apply. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export permit declaration.
• Prepare simple logistics documents.
• Attend to email enquiries & calls.
• Liaise with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
• Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
• Handle customers' complaints and conduct investigations (if any).
• Handle ad-hoc task/operation duties upon request.
