Qualifications

• 1 year in logistics/operations or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Portnet, depot processes, SAP and transport billing systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP/invoicing systems.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Register and manage job files and quotation lines for accurate records.
• Calculate charges using tariff, depot receipts, LOLO costs, and expenses to determine billing amounts.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and depots to verify logistics costs.
• Generate standard and reimbursement invoices using the iLogon system.
