Job summary

INFINITI MARINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator cum Billing Clerk to manage customer accounts, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate billing across shipments at Jurong Port.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping/logistics, proficiency in MS Office, and a WSQ Diploma, with a 5-day week and opportunities for career progression.

You will liaise with internal teams, maintain billing records, and contribute to timely shipment closures.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must hold at least a WSQ Diploma.
• 5-day work week.
• Able to commit to working at Jurong Port.

Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management - maintain multiple customer accounts and billing details.
• Invoice Preparation - generate invoices based on shipment details and rates.
• Invoice Distribution - print and mail invoices with proper documentation.
• Quotation Preparation - prepare customer quotations based on service requirements.
• Billing Verification and Cost Consolidation - verify and consolidate billing information and reports.
• Shipment Billing and System Updates - ensure shipments are invoiced and closed timely with system updates.
• Internal Coordination - liaise with internal teams to verify rates and obtain supporting documents.
• Billing Records and Reporting - maintain records and prepare billing summaries for reconciliation.
• Other Duties - perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
