Job summary

KIM SOON LEE LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. seeks a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to prepare and generate invoices from our Billing System, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role requires a diploma, at least two years of experience, and strong data-entry skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and spoken English are essential as you verify invoices and send tax documents to customers, while handling administrative duties and supporting Management with additional tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate invoices from the Billing System.
• Ensure billing accuracy and timely delivery of invoices.
• Check and verify all invoices approvals promptly.
• Ensure documents with original tax invoices are sent to customers.
• Administrative duties including data entry and filing.
• Perform other assignments as required by Management.
